AI-Driven Optimization for Multi-Door Cleanrooms

This article introduces an AI-based approach to designing HVAC systems in cleanrooms with complex layouts, including multiple doors, pass-throughs, and operational equipment.

In such environments, maintaining stable pressure and airflow is challenging, and traditional design methods often rely on conservative assumptions that can lead to inefficiencies.

The study explores how artificial intelligence, combined with simulation tools, can be used to better understand different operating conditions and improve the accuracy of HVAC design. The framework is developed in alignment with BS EN 16798 and focuses on achieving reliable pressure control while optimizing system performance.

A case study is included to demonstrate how the method works in practice and how it can be applied to real-world cleanroom scenarios.
